Support and Social Media Manager
The Support and Social Media Manager is an expert in attracting and retaining clients by using communication and technical skills within multiple channels. The Support and Social Media Manager employs exceptional technical and communication skills to generate inspiring content and skillfully resolve customer issues to drive satisfaction.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within the IT and technology industry.
Job Functions
- Frequently manage social media channels, promoting the brand and inspiring the user base by generating original content and managing customer sentiment on platforms such as Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and the DAKboard Blog
- Generate inspiring digital content in dakboard.com to share, showcasing the wide range of integrations and capabilities available
- Regularly resolve product or service problems in DAKboard IT Service Management Tool
- Support the service lifecycle by clarify customer’s issues; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Regularly produce technical writing for instructional purposes for client consumption
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Occasionally provide back up the Support Lead by directly working with clients on conference calls, assist with order fulfillment, and warranty/terms of sale questions
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with internet, social media and web technologies
- High school diploma or higher
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript programing languages preferred
- Experience with computer networking (wireless and wired) preferred
